Greenridge Announces Majority Sale of NetVendor

AUSTIN, TX and TUALATIN, OR – November 4, 2025 – Greenridge Growth Partners (“Greenridge”) today announced a majority sale of NetVendor, a leading provider of vendor compliance management software for the multi-family and commercial real estate industries, to Five Arrows. Greenridge will retain a minority ownership stake in the company following the transaction.

Founded in 2009, NetVendor partners with property management companies (“PMCs”) to simplify vendor credentialing and compliance. The company’s software platform automates the collection, verification, and management of critical vendor documentation – such as insurance certificates, licenses, tax forms, and background checks – helping property managers reduce risk, improve efficiency, and strengthen vendor relationships.

Greenridge invested in NetVendor in 2021 and has helped the company achieve significant and consistent growth over the past four years, through a combination of organic initiatives and strategic M&A. Under Greenridge’s ownership, NetVendor significantly expanded its leadership team, go-to-market capabilities, and product suite, establishing itself as a trusted partner to many of the largest PMCs across the United States.

“Greenridge has been an incredible partner in helping us scale NetVendor,” said Dave Cooper, CEO of NetVendor. “Their strategic guidance, operational support, and understanding of what it takes to grow a software business were instrumental in reaching this milestone. We’re grateful for their partnership and excited to build on the foundation they helped shape.”

“Since our investment, NetVendor has demonstrated exceptional growth and innovation in addressing a key pain point for property managers,” said Ben Moss, Partner and Co-Founder of Greenridge. “Dave and the rest of the NetVendor team have built a best-in-class compliance platform and a culture focused on customer success. We are proud to have supported their journey and excited to continue our partnership alongside Five Arrows as NetVendor enters its next stage of growth.”

“NetVendor exemplifies the kind of business we love to partner with – founders and leaders who are building essential technology for their industry and doing it with purpose,” added Jack Cardwell, Partner and Co-Founder of Greenridge. “It’s been a privilege working alongside Dave and the NetVendor team as they’ve built a category-defining business, and we’re excited for continued growth ahead.”

Raymond James served as exclusive financial advisor to NetVendor. Harris Williams served as exclusive financial advisor to Five Arrows. Legal counsel was provided by Queen Saenz + Schutz (NetVendor) and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (Five Arrows).
